Although his skills have been applied on behalf of companies in many industries, Mr. Connolly has particular expertise in the health care industry and holds a Master's degree in Health Administration. He has served as Senior Legal Counsel to a publicly traded national hospital chain, as general counsel to hospitals and physician practice management companies, and as regulatory and transactional counsel to numerous physician groups and other health care providers and health care-related entities.
Mr. Connolly’s many years of experience in both companies and in private practice provide him with unique insight into the needs of companies and the expectations to which they are entitled in terms of cost and quality in the purchase of legal services. He is also well versed in the nuances of managing outside counsel to obtain maximum efficiency at the lowest cost consistent with the maintenance of quality.
